DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER, IT WILL BE PREPARED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS
(EXCEPT DURING DECEMBER, AND ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND BANK HOLIDAYS)

If you place your order before 12 midday CET (except at weekends and on bank holidays) it will be shipped the following working day.

During very busy periods, your order may take up to 72 hours to prepare. When your parcel has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, so that you can monitor its progress.

 

Deliveries in France:
Standard delivery to your address from €15.60
Standard delivery to a pick-up point from €10.80.

Deliveries to Europe:
Standard delivery to your address from €25.44

International Deliveries:
Delivery to the rest of the world from €31.00

RETURNS MAY BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS
If the size or cut of the items you have received is not quite right for you, do not worry, You have 30 days, starting on the date you received your parcel, to return the items and make a new order if you need to.

Returning items is free of charge. Follow our returns process by logging on and opening the relevant order in your order history and clicking on ‘RETURN’.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE NEW, UNWORN, UNWASHED, WITH LABELS AND TICKETS INTACT, AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

RETURNS ARE MADE AT THE CLIENTS’ OWN RISK.

If the Client fails to respect these terms and conditions, specifically the terms and conditions for returning items, OGGIVARRA shall not reimburse or provide a store credit for the relevant items.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We will send you an email confirmation as soon as we receive your returned items.
Your store credit or reimbursement will be automatically credited to the account linked to the original payment within 15 days of our receiving your returned items,

If you return an item within 30 days of receiving it, your initial means of payment will be credited within 15 working days following our receipt of it.
